checkk.in is a verification service provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee the suitability, honesty, reliability, conduct, employment performance, or future behaviour of any individual who is the subject of a verification.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

You may use our Services only if you:

Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

Have a lawful and legitimate purpose for requesting verification;
Have the necessary authority, consent, authorization, or other lawful basis required to submit information about another person for verification;

5. Consent and Lawful Authorization

You must not submit an individual’s information for verification where you do not have the right or lawful basis to do so.

If the required consent or authorization is not obtained, is withdrawn, or cannot be reasonably established, checkk.in may be unable to perform or complete the requested Service.

Nothing in these Terms requires checkk.in to process personal information where doing so would violate applicable law.

A successful identity verification means that the information reviewed through the applicable verification process was sufficiently consistent with the requirements of that particular check.

It does not necessarily mean that:

The individual is trustworthy;
The individual will behave in a particular manner in the future.

Verification results should therefore be interpreted within the scope and limitations of the specific Service purchased.

9. No Guarantee of Individual Conduct

checkk.in does not guarantee the future conduct or behaviour of any person.

A person who successfully completes a verification may subsequently engage in conduct that was not reflected in the verification results.

Similarly, the absence of a record or adverse information does not establish that an individual has never engaged in misconduct or that no undiscovered information exists.

Customers remain responsible for their own hiring, engagement, access, safety, and other decisions.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes;
Provide accurate information;
Obtain required consent or authorization;
Keep your account credentials secure;
Review verification results responsibly;
Protect reports containing personal information;
Prevent unauthorized access to reports;
Avoid sharing reports except where legally permitted and reasonably necessary;
